Success Story (Theft) – Bail Successful and Case Closed in 2 weeks of arrest with no prison time, no blacklisting, no deportation, and no time in the IDC

This success story relates to a recent case Thailand Bail concluded in favour of our client, “Ms. Oksana” (not her real name). Ms. Oksana was charged with theft from a large store in Bangkok. Before we were hired for the case, Ms. Oksana tried to negotiate with the store manager before the police came, but this failed, and the store manager refused to discuss the matter. Within 15 minutes, the police from a major police station in Bangkok showed up and brought the accused to the police station for further questioning. The accused was not allowed to speak to a lawyer until he next day, when we were informed of the situation.
